Today has been a great day. A tiring and long one, starting with the little one in the morning. The usual. Then off to a styling session I go. A happy client makes a happy stylist. Then off to the clinic where I take off my stylist hat and put on my doctor one. At 7.30pm, happy patients make a happy doctor.
A long day it has been, but the very many happy smiles I had the privilege of seeing and sharing, made me stop to think. We are put in certain places, doing certain things for a reason. My legs might be killing me, but my heart is a happy place.
blessed to be a blessing.
So to all of you out there, that put in relentless effort in whatever it is you do, just remember, you are in a certain job, time, place or situation for a reason. It may be that you are meant to be a blessing to someone else, whether through your smile, your words or deeds. Be blessed, as all good things are from above. With a contented heart, I give thanks.
